Appointment Information


Our company operates under two separate locations. Casual everyday attire can be found at 448 Forest Ave, Bella Mia, while more formal attire can be found at 853 W. Ann Arbor Trail at "Dressed Up By Bella Mia". You do not need an appointment at our casual store to shop in person.

For Dressed Up and Social occasions, Prom, Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaid, Bat Mitvah, Ball, Black Tie Event etc.) please visit our Dressed Up by Bella Mia website and utilize the following link to book at least 24 hours in advance of your visit:

Every individual appointment gets you access to a one hour consultation with one of our consultants who are invested in getting to know you and finding your perfect dress.

All Walk-in appointments are available on a first come first serve basis and subject to our consultant availability.

By visiting our shop, you are verifying that you and your guests (2 max) comply with the following:

  • You have not had a fever of 100.4 or higher in the past 24 hours

  • You have not developed a new or unusual cough in the last 24 hours

  • You have not had shortness of breath in the last 24 hours

  • You have not had close contact/cared for someone with a confirmed case of COVID 19 in the last 24 hours.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your appointment. Please ensure that you and your guests (2 max) wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth at all times in our store. Every client trying on gowns needs her own appointment. A digital thermometer will be used to verify your temperature upon arrival and you will be asked to sanitize your hands.

Our appointments are a collaborative process. All staff in the store have verified their temperature and health at the start of their shift and work wearing face masks (gloves upon request)

After check-in, you’ll start browsing our collection- marking the gowns that you are interested in along the way with the color coded clips we provide. Allow your consultant to move the gown from the rack to your personal fitting room area. At this time we are only allowing a maximum of 2 appointments in our studio per hour so that all parties can social distance properly.

Your consultant is in charge of getting you in and out of our gowns safely and securely without damaging the dress and therefore will be working intimately with you in and out of the fitting room.

We want to involve you and your party in the entire dress selection process! We encourage feedback about each dress you try so that we can gain gain an understanding of what you like and present you with more of the best options. Please respect the privacy of other guests in the shop by limiting feedback to your own party.

All of our dresses come with a keepsake logo bag to guarantee that your dress is kept safe before and after your occasion.

Every gown is available to purchase that day off the sales floor. Special order sizes take around 10 business days to arrive to our store at which point we will quality check and fully steam it. You will receive a text message when your gown is ready to be picked up.
