Below is our return policy for all online orders only. This does not apply to in store purchases. If you wish to return an item- please review the following carefully to ensure your return meets the qualifications and then email us a request for your return label.
We accept returns for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order with the following exceptions:
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for sale items
- All Formalwear Gown are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.
- If you receive an item and it happens to be damaged, please let us know within 48 hours! Email us at email@example.com or call 734.656.0057
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment less the amount of shipping (both sent and returned) and will not post to your bank account until the item makes it back to us for inspection.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition with original tags attached.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and your refund declined.
- Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as damages.
- We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All USPS or UPS tracking inquiries should be handled directly with the shipper.
- All return requests must be received within the 14 day window (from the date of your package delivery to the date of your refund request), no exceptions will be made.
- If you are having difficulty with checkout regarding our local pickup, delivery or shipping options, Please note that due to software limitations, Items from Bella Mia and Dressed Up inventory must be placed in separate checkout orders. We apologize for this inconvenience.
